This even applies when I try MSH from a floppy, with PROFILE sitting on the floppy with it. As soon as I remove GEMSOFT, everything is functional. I also stumbled over this one. The fix is to type '. profile' in response to the # prompt. Look in the upper left hand corner of the screen.
