Several months back there was some discussion of how to get at the
system clock for a finer time check than the +/- 2 seconds offered
by CLOCK in Personal Pascal.  I would like to soup-up a program
or two and a runtime check that is only accurate to +/- 4 seconds
just won't do the job.  If anybody recalls the solution to this
problem, or would be willing to share a few lines of code ...
Please email direct, as this has already been beaten to death in the
digest.

I do not know what my address is from EARN, JANET, USERNET, and
the like.  If you should reply from one of these exotic locals, or
if you are a network guru, please let me know what incantation you
used to write so that I can add it to my address list.
