[comp.sys.atari.st] Do you have Format+???

Does anyone have a copy of Format(+) for the ST that they could email
to me.  This is the program which formats a disk differently resulting
in much better R/W times.  My copy got munged.  Uuencoded binary would
be terrific.  Thanks in advance.
