[comp.sys.atari.st] ACCSTART

Can anyone tell me the workings of ACCSTART . I have not been able to find
ACCSTART.BIN on any of my compilers/assembler . Where can I get a copy OR
what does it do and Ill write it myself.

Hey, I was going to ask that.  Anyone handing out ACCSTART.BIN info, me too...

Maybe even a net-post, to judge from my recollections...
