I have just received a letter from Atari Corp. (UK) written by Nigel Mossman (of Customer relations) stating that Atari Uk do *NOT* provide the same upgrading serive as Atari (USA) do. I feel a bit let down by this. Will Atari (US) offer this service to purchasers from overseas or is it just for American bought machines? (Or even better, could Atari (US) bend Atari (UK)s arm up its back and get them to provide the same service :-} ) Im sure that there are many overseas users who feel that they have been left behind. I hope this doesnt seem like a flame, Im not into that (!) I just feel that it is all a bit unfair and on this one occasion, I feel disappointed in Atari. On many other occasions, I have had wonderful service from Atari (UK) (maybe I should have posted a praising letter then :-}) Funny how you only shout about the bad things!
