Why do the digests come on Bitnet so awfully late? And totally
mixed up in order (digest 280 after digest 287 etc.)??
A program I posted more than a week ago never appeared.
How can I get faster response? Replies to my messages arrive often
before I see the message on the digest, so there ARE faster ways.

P.S. It can't be net traffic, this takes at most some hours.
Is it net administration?
