[comp.sys.atari.st] Michtron music programs

I've been waiting for a review of the two (actually several) music programs
that Michtron has released but no luck so far. Has anyone used these
programs, particularly Superconductor?
I've been using Music Studio from Activision with a Yamaha and Casio keyboard.
A number of limitations have turned up, and I'd like to find something similar
but more flexible. I particularly like being able to enter music mouse-wise
since my real-time musical skills are rather limited. But I'd like to be able
to use the velocity, pitch bend, modulation, and other effects, and not
bump into arbitrary limits quite so much (on one song, Music Studio refused
to give me more ties...I could still add notes but after placing several
dozen ties it just wouldn't do any more). Also monochrome monitor support
would be a big plus.
Suggestions? Horror stories? I suppose I could use a regular sequencer
but I suspect it would take me longer to enter my musical mutation on
the keyboard and clean it up than to mouse-in the sheet music and customize
it to my tastes, as with Music Studio.
Thanks,
Don Rice
