[comp.sys.atari.st] DBASIC, Developer's Kit, A Few Other Questions

ins_bjjb@jhunix.UUCP (Jared J Brennan) (08/21/87)

[Line eaters say the darnedest things . . .]

A couple of weeks ago someone posted a long message about DBASIC, a
fast non-TOS-compatible Basic interpreter. He posted a phone number to call
for orders, but no address. Since I'm not a member of a user's group and I
don't have a credit card, could some kind soul post the address for me?

Also, a few weeks ago someone posted another number to call if you wanted
the Developer's Kit without the software (a price of $100 was quoted). Could
someone repost this number or send me mail?

And, last but not least, I'm interested in a 5.25" drive for my ST. The
PC Ditto software would be more or less useless to me without it, and I
need PC Ditto for my work. I know Atari sells one, for about $200, but someone
mentioned a Panasonic drive for the ST. Are there any others? Also, which of
all these would be the best, price and quality-wise?

Whoops! Actually, that wasn't my last question . . . Is anybody porting
NetHack to the ST? Also, has anybody produced a FidoNet-compatible BBS for
the ST?

   (Neatness counts . . . grades will be posted in two weeks . . . :-))
