[net.wanted] Looking for information on "strict" C compilers and interpreters

I'm looking for information (addresses, prices, impressions, experiences, ...)
for C compilers and interpreters that check for various runtime mistakes like
argument mismatching, invalid array indecies, "bad" pointers.  All information
is greatly appreciated and, if requested, I will send a summary to the
network.

I have heard about "Safe C", but don't know about prices and experiences
others may know about.
