[net.wanted] Want inexpensive

A friend and I are looking for a BSD UNIX box for about $10,000 or less
(hope hope).

We want 4.2BSD, with the ability of upgrading, inexpensively to 4.3BSD.
Is that possible (the inexpensive part)? Would we get a simple inexpensive
upgrade, or would we have to buy a whole new license? Of course, if 4.3BSD
is available soon (enough), then we'd just want that (I think).

In the area of hardware, we want about 16 RS232 ports with the ability to
expand in the future.
We're not exactly sure how much disk space we want, but we know we want more
then 20 MB. We are going to be receiving news. A 40-50 MB drive will do
quite nicely I suspect.
The amount of RAM isn't initially important, but we want to be able to expand
it in the future.
The system should have some sort of a standard bus so we can later buy and add
mass storage type peripherals, or whatever else, at those relatively less
expensive prices (the ones in some Byte magazine ads for example).
I think we want a 68k (68020 if possible?) processor, but we'd be glad
to hear of non-68k processor based systems.

We've seen systems we've liked hardware wise, but all that was apparantly
available was UNIX Sys V. Oh well...

So, if you know of anything that might fit our needs (wants actually...),
please let me know about it somehow.
