PLEASE include some documentation (i.e. what it does, what monitors will
it run on etc.) with the submissions, binary only submissions with no docs
will be viewed with great distrust (read: ignored).

Just because Atari never got into the software writing business is no
reason for us to give up, lets get those public domain keys clicking.
