Re: FLASH
i have had very little luck using +++ ath0 in any fashion with
FLASH and my hayes. that is why i tracked down HG, DTR, and dip 1.

ok, now the questions:

UUCICO and UUMAIL:
what is the latest word on these? i would love to get a working copy
of this stuff, so far all i have is a corrupted uucico.arc.

SCRIPT:
i'm still hunting for something to record a session in a shell
(i.e. record all input and output from invocation until termination).
i would settle for just hints on how to do this. i am leary to
starting cold since, there seems to be a discrepency among vendors
about redirecting output (MWC, Megamax, OSS PP, Gulam). HELP!?!

OKIDATA 83-a PRINTER DRIVER:
i'm also still hunting for an okidata 83-a printer driver?
can't anybody help me?

GULAM:
[fantastic shell!]
is there a way that i can automatically invoke gulam on bootup?
i tried (once) putting it in an auto folder but it came up in
low resolution. can i force it to load in med resolution?

in uemacs, using re search, how do you search for a literal '['?
i tried backslashing it like in un*x but that didn't work? i
read the section on Regular Expressions in the manual but all
i saw was 'e' which didn't make much sense to me.

when i try to expand wildcard filenames, like
	arc a arc_it_all *
i usually get partial filenames because the buffer is too small.
is there a way i can increase this using the gulam.g startup file?
does anybody know if they might have increased the buffer size int
the new version (whenever it appears)?

i also got a file profile.g with gulam. does anybody know what
this file is used for?

thanks netland,

Doing so [placing GULAM in the auto folder prevents the use of any
GEM programs. Use, perhaps, one of the
so called GEM autostarters. That would place you in Med rez too.

Try:
arc a arc_it_all '*.*'
arc uses its own wildcarding routines to surpass the ST's command line
limitations. Alas, it uses the old style wildcards (as opposed to UNIX's
regular expressions) so you have to explicitly include to dot. Otherwise
you only are including files without the three character (or less)
extension.

The one I got was to use Mark Williams C.
