I have been away from atariland for several months and
never got the fixes to the 40 folder limit problem.
Is there an Atari supported fix? Could someone please
tell me how I might get it and any caveats concerning
its use.

Atari Germany now ships the new SH 205 with a hard disk boot programm and a program to fix the 40 folder bug. it is called FOLD100.PRG.

I think you might mean "FOLDR100.PRG". You can change the name to FOLD300.PRG if you want triple the capacity. The program called FOLDRxxx.PRG is available on the Huston file server.
