Anyone been watching U68 lately? I like their format in playing videos no one else plays and they (from when I watch it) don't play so many repeats. MTV has a nasty habit of playing the top 20 till you can't stand it anymore (although I notices they are attempting to play some music videos from the archives. Any similar channels around the country?

Over here in Boston, MA we've got something called "V66", which I take to be the same sort of thing as U68. They also play slightly strange videos there (e.g., Art of Noise, or various Boston-based bands) and quite a few more humorous videos than MTV does (like Slightly Twisted Disappointer Sisters (sp?)). However, they do have a little problem with playing top-40 videos over and over. But that's all right... they've got something that makes it OK. Or, I should say, someONE. Her name's Mary Jo, and... well, what more needs to be said? (That is, if you're one of the privileged few souls that gets to see her every weeknight from 10 to 2!) One problem, though... we don't know her last name! I mean, "Jo"? Be real!
