Since some people are anxious to get sources for these programs, and
the archival sites aren't responding very quickly (beside not being
accessable to everyone), I'm making an open offer to send disks through
the normal postal system. Send me $3 and I'll send you a single sided
disk containing sources and binaries for both dLibs v1.0 and MicroEMACS
