For those interested, i found a complete copy of the TeXinfo macros for TeX plus a reference manual for the TeXinfo. Once I got this and ran the Gulam manual through TeX, I got one beautiful manual. If anyone needs the TeXinfo stuff (texinfo.tex and texinfo.texinfo) I will gladly send them along -- each is about 50k.
