[comp.sys.atari.st] PPascal Problem?

I'm using the original version of PPascal, and have a problem (bug?)
In the program I'm writing, I call an Alert Box, and right after the
user responds, the box is erased, but a LF or two are done at the
bottom of the screen, moving thwe whole thing up.  This seems to 
happen less, but still happens if I run the program from the desktop
instead of PPascal.  Any Ideas?
