I bought my 1040ST mono/color system as much as anything to use as a graphics engine. I now have Degas Elite, easydraw, CAD 3d, n-vision, AIM, Neochrome, etc, etc. HOWEVER, I still find that damn mouse to be impossible to draw with! One solution I am looking forward to (after X-mas, at this point!) is an Imagscan digitizer, but that's not really the point. Has anyone found either a software package that makes drawing with a mouse bearable (if you'll excuse the pun), or an implement like a drawing pad (koala pad???) or a better mouse to be more satisfying? Recommendations, please! -- \\ // Seth Katz microsof! 0 0 "The Waffle Exclamation point ucscc! \__sco!sethk < King" net --------> ihnp4! / ~O~ amd!

Quantum Microsystems makes the ProTablet ST, which is a graphics tablet that replaces the mouse in just about every software package (there's a little desk accessory that replaces the mouse driver with the graphics tablet driver. It retails for $400. (I am affiliated with QMI, but since the ProTablet is the only product of its type as far as I know, I figured posting about it to the net would be okay. For what it's worth, I prefer the mouse...) +New! Improved!
