[comp.sys.atari.st] uudecode and xprolog

I don't know where else to post this and since the problem came
up with a ST program, here goes.

I am the co-sysop on a local BBS and I save xprolog from this newsgroup
with the intent of offering on the BBS.
So I saved the program and when I tried to UUDECODE it, I got
the message  'short file'.

What does this mean? Did anyone else have this problem?
