Maybe I'm just slow, but has anybody been able to get EZ Draw (same as Easy Draw ?) to properly read .GEM files produced by Uniterm 1.7b ? I'd like to generate Tektronix graphics on the VAXen on campus (I can), view them at home using Uniterm (I can), and import the graphics into EZ Draw for my own diabolical purposes (I can't). The TEKTOGEM program included with Uniterm seems to generate approximately the correct file, but the resulting .GEM file lacks some initialization junk near the top and seems to use a different coordinate system than EZDraw-generated .GEM files. (I compared the two .GEM files using Disk Doctor, a raw disk sector examination program). Help me to be enlightened, please. It peeves me that an important advertised attribute of GDOS, its portability, does not actually exist. Also, is it ever going to be officially released to non-developers ? Arghhh... Thank you very much in advance, Stephan Schell These paths still work, I think: uucp: ...!{ucbvax,lll-crg}!ucdavis!iris!schell arpa: ucdavis!iris!schell@{Berkeley,LLL-CRG} csnet: ucbvax!ucdavis!iris!schell@tektronix.csnet bitnet: ucdavis!iris!schell@Berkeley
