Two questions about hard disk use. First the generic one: 1. What is the proper order to stick the files in the auto folder (booting off floppy) if I want to have GDOS, FOLDRXXX, a ram disk (Eternal, probably), and the hd boot program? (I wish Atari and Supra would talk about such things in the docs...) 2. The Supra drive has PARK.PRG to park the head. The manual says "the program automatically parks the drive's head and instructs you to turn off your system." When run, the program says "SCSI parking" and the motor shuts off. Then it says "Searching" and does nothing for several seconds. Then it goes back to the "SCSI parking" display (motor still off) and displays an ABORT button...and that's all. Never instructs me to turn off the system. May one safely assume that the head is in fact parked when the ABORT button appears? I guess I could give the box a brisk shake and see if anything rattles...but I'd feel a lot better if I knew the head was well and truly parked before I move the drive.
