[comp.sys.atari.st] FORM_DO source code

According to Baum + Fitler (?) in "The GEM Programmer's
Guide"  DRI distributes the source code for form_do with
GEM.

Could someone please e-mail (or mail) me the from_do
source code?  I need it. Thanks.

A few hours after this posting, I discovered that Tim Oren's
Pro GEM column 13 contains source for a modified form_do, which
I think should do the job.

No need to send me code.  However, if anyone is aware of any
bugs or caveats concerning the Tim Oren form_do, please let
me know.  Thanks again.
