Please don't post anything without asking me first! (Uncoordinated
posting tends just to use up net bandwidth) I mainly just want to make
sure the current version has really settled before posting (just to show
how much can change in 3 weeks: the version which is accessible from
various servers should be 2.0a 006, the version I'm using to write this
with is 2.0a 012 which has a few minor annoyances fixed, plus some additional
features).

Even if I don't really have to justify myself, just a few words on why
I decided to move the documentation to LaTeX:

      - It's a lot easier to maintain a table of contents, index etc.
      - The resulting document actually looks a lot better (particulary
in respect to the amount of work I put into it, the old version
        (1st Word) was rather disappointing).
      - There are still quite a lot of people who can print DVI files
and the best way to get a copy of the doc's (in my opinion)
would be to make a double sided copy (it's formatted for that!)
from somebody who's printed it (saves 50% of the paper etc.).
      - At the time I made the decision I (mistakenly) thought that it
shouldn't be all to hard to produce a ASCII only copy. But after
a lot of hacking up DVITYPE on my ST (no problem to port with
CCD/OSS Pascal), I've more or less given it up (if the folks
that have produced a human readable copy would be so nice to
send it to me, I'll update to reflect the changes since the
time the DVI file was created).

Anyway, in not so a long time you should be seeing UniTerm on the binaries
group.

PS: What feature would be more useful for most people:

          - screen scrollback (2-3 screens)
          - buffer editing like Flash ????????
