HELP!!!! A few months ago, someone posted some info on how to set the seek rate for add-on floppy drives (e.g. I have a 5.25 360K Teac, which wants 6msec, not the default 3msec). I've tried setting the seekrate OS variable with no success (seems this is a Catch-22 variable - you have to set it before initializing the floppies via flopini, but you can't because flopini is called during boot - good design ;-(). Any info on the un-documented (but usable) locations to set for drive b: would be greatly appreciated. Myron Drapal AT&T Denver ihnp4!druhi!med

They are: Drive 0 [word] Old roms: $A08 Blit roms: $A4E Drive 1 [word] Old roms: $A0C Blit roms: $A52 The flags are the same as for the system seek rate stored in ROM. -- l\ /l' _ Mike Schuster {sun!hoptoad,cmcl2!phri}!dasys1!schuster l \/ lll/(_ Big Electric Cat schuster@dasys1.UUCP l lll\(_ New York, NY USA DELPHI,GEnie:MSCHUSTER CIS:70346,1745
