Hello all, Does anybody knows wether there are any good DNA and/or protein analysis programs in the public domain for Atari-ST computers? Berend F. de Vries, dept. of Biochemistry, Univ. of Amsterdam, Acad. Med. Centrum Meibergdreef 15 1105 AZ Amsterdam U00170@HASARA5 (BITNET)

The Austin Code Works (advertises in Doctor Dobbs and elsewhere) has DNA and protein data on disk with extraction programs - but they have source to all of their programs, so you should be able to compile them if you have a C compiler for the ST. They can even do some ST formats of disk, I converted their KSTfonts to GDOS. (512) 258 0785. (acw!info@uunet.uu.net - according to their ad.). They do charge for the source and data though.
