Does anyone out there know of any good backup utilities ? I'm looking for something like tar/cpio/dump that can handle dumping to multivolume floppies. They claim to be compatible with Unix tar, but I have not been able to verify this. Also Beckemeyer Development sells a hard disk backup utility that can do volume backups to floppy. -- {psivax,ism780}!logico!slovax!dale : {hplsla,uw-beaver}!tikal!slovax!dale Dale Thomas R & D Associates,3625 Perkins Lane SW,Tacoma,Wa 98499,206-581-1322

Beckemeyers Hard Disk Toolkit does this - It can back up files much, much, larger than one floppy disk, and can handle volumes, or trees, etc. You should look into it if you need this type of functionality.
