A while ago a message was sent to Info-Atari16@Score.Stanford.EDU by a
certain Andrew with an e-mail address of
andrew%MARV%EENG.BRAD.AC.UK
on the subject of a new server for Atari ST software in the United
Kingdom. Said Andrew gave an e-mail address of said server, to wit:
server%MARV@uk.ac.bradford.eleceng
The reason I'm posting this to the world at large is that it has been
impossible to get e-mail through to either of the e-mail addresses
provided. Gateway mail to JANET via BITNET to the addresses provided
just bounces back to the sender as undelivered (and undeliverable).
It really is remarkable that we on the Continent can download and
upload stuff back and forth between UH-INFO@UHUPVM1.BITNET (the Houston
UACE server) or LISTSERV@CANADA01.BITNET (the PROG-A16 server) whereas
we can't access Great Britain!
So, please, Andrew, make yourself (and your server) more available to
us BITNET folks by telling us how to best reach you.
