[comp.sys.atari.st] freeware for marching band

S071768@UMRVMA.BITNET (Kevin Schneider) (03/05/88)

I have developed a program that i have used for marching band show design.
It runs only on a monochrome st. If their is interest I could post it
to listserv at canada01 or to the atarinet in houston since I am on bitnet.

A little bit about the program:

there are several marching band programs commercially available but none for
the atari. I believe that this program is the easiest of all marching band
programs to use. you can get results quickly. The biggest difference between
it and other programs is that with this one you can design your show on the
computer, not just transfer it to the computer after designing it on paper.
it handles curvilinear shapes using cubic splines and it allows grouping of
shapes into objects. It has a perspective view from any angle but does not
have animation.

I have 10 to 15 pages of documentation describing the features and explaining
their use.

If anyone out there has a need for this program let me know.

Thanks.
