I first sent a letter to the ex-moderator, but I'm assuming it got lost. I have support of the news administrator here, and I'm sure there's enough extra disk space to handle the extra mail. Looks like I'm the new moderator of comp.sources.atari.st and
comp.binaries.atari.st. I don't have the archives yet (I'm
expecting a magtape in the mail within a couple of days). The
archives will be located at ssyx.ucsc.edu (128.114.133.1), but
will not be available for anonymous ftp right away, as we're
connected to the net at 9600 baud (we are getting Ethernet
within a couple weeks...) Please, don't ftp here until I say
everything is all set up -- our net is slow enough already!
If some of you just can't wait to get your submissions in,
you can mail them to me here; Usenet should know about me
soon, so postings to comp.{sources,binaries}.atari.st will go
to the right place (namely, my mailbox).
I'll introduce myself more fully once I'm officially installed
as the moderator. Hopefully we can get lots of nifty programs
flying across the net. Gentle[wo]men, start your compilers!
