Does anyone know of a PL/I to C translator, either in the public domain
or for a license fee? This inquiry is for a friend of mine who is with
a local consulting firm; I'm sure they'd be willing to pay for the
appropriate tool.

I am also interested in a PL/I to "anything-else" converter/translator.
Especially PL/I to FORTRAN.
ANyone out there know of any?
