I paraphrase considerably, but Atari, Commodore, and Apple can easily afford the additional costs increased DRAM prices have brought because the machines usually do not come with any more than a meg of ram. On the other hand, SUN's and most minicomputers come with larger amounts of ram and thus those companies do not have the same option. However, any third party RAM expansion for the microcomputers will probably reflect any increase in pricing. -Matt
