i am looking for information on the alternatives to the packaged hard-disks available for the ST. i already know of the Berkley Microsystems BMS-100K hard disk interface kit, but knowing what the ad says is about it. "pc compatible hard drives" == ST504 drive without controller? how well does this kit work, who else makes kits like these, and how well do they work? details, the Teeming Millions want details! reviews, rants/raves (did you know that rant == rave? look it up), plugs, flames are welcome. p.s. the best price for a 20M supra around here is $800, available RSN... -- Mike Nemeth "etch out a future of your own design, ...utzoo!hcr!miken well tailored to your needs" - T. When I bought my Supra over 1 1/2 years ago, I paid $659 for it. I think now you can get them mail-order for around $500.00.
