[comp.sys.atari.st] cannot de-arc hinstall

"hinstall" uudecodes okay, but I get the following message when doing

"arc t hinstall.ARC"

<goes along fine until it gets to hinstall.prg and then...>

arc: Fatal error
File has an invalid decode tree.

Anybody else have this problem? Suggestions? Solutions?
