Karl,
   Yes, I have a copy of one which I received from Walter Doerr DG2KK, on
rec.ham-radio ( I think I remember his last name correctly, his radio 
call is correct anyway). I believe he is in Dueren (spelling?). Try posting
a request on rec.ham-radio as many German radio amateurs are now using the
ST on TCP-IP amateur radio packet networks.

I don't have a German one but I do have one for a British keyboard (that we
in Holland also have. Ther is a table in gulam that contains ASCII codes
indexed by keyboard scan codes. You must patch a few of the entries (with a
binary file editor). I have the differences here for gulam version 1.03.05.
Other versions have it on different addresses. The < entries are the
original, the > entries the new version (both in ASCII, if possible) and
octal. All addresses are octal.
