Subject: Slow Russian broadcasts Newsgroups: net.nlang net.ham-radio net.wanted Hello. A friend and I are enrolled in a beginning Russian course here, and would like to know the times and frequencies of any shortwave broadcasts in slow Russian. I know that the VOA broadcasts in "special English" and Radio Peking has a regular show of instruction in Chinese, so such shows do exist. Does Radio Moscow, Minsk, Vilnius, etc, or anyone else have a regular program for Russian instruction or in slow, easy text? Thank you very much. Bob Cromwell Purdue University

Why learn some ferin language at all ? Look what language the Bible is written in : English . I mean 'merican . If its good enough for Jesus , its good enough fer me. -- -Jeshee These are the views held by all right-thinking 'mericans. If these views ain't held by an individual or organization, they must be Godless commernist agitators and will be dealt with appropriately. Amen. {decvax,akgua}!mcnc!rti-sel!scirtp!helmsoid
