ATARINET has just been updated with 43 new files. We have finally gotten
around recent hardware and software changes, allowing us to get files to our
system. If you are on BITNET and have interactive communications, then send
a message like below to ATARINET.
From CMS use something like:
TELL UH-INFO AT UHUPVM1 ATARINET NEWS (for what is new) - or -
TELL UH-INFO AT UHUPVM1 ATARINET INDEX (for a list of all files - about 250)
From VAX/VMS use something like:
SEND UH-INFO@UHUPVM1 (at the prompt, type)
(UH-INFO@UHUPVM1): ATARINET NEWS
(UH-INFO@UHUPVM1): ATARINET INDEX
Enjoy.
We are still facing extinction of ATARINET when the university moves over to
LISTSERV. If you would like to arrange taking over the duties of ATARINET,
please contact me (in other words, move it to your university).
