Hello, I have a problem with my 512-ST. When I bought the thing two years ago I had some problems with the RS-232 port. I brought it back and at the store they said they have soldered something. I can't see anything however, apart from two resistors at the bottem of the board. I don't know wether these are original or not. I have upgraded my ST to 1 meg. No extra resistors added. Recently I have bouht the megafile 20 harddisk. And now I have a new problem. Each time when a file is read from the harddisk, the mouse response time is set to zero. that means that whenever you click the mouse button it takes almost a second before it is interpreted as such. with the control pannel I can put it back on 4 (minimum response time). I have soldered the 15 (or 14, I can't remember) 68Kohm resistors at the U2 ROM but that doesn't help a thing. I have the REV B board. Does anybody know what the problem might be?
