[comp.sys.atari.st] How do you detect warmboot?

I would like to thank Mr. Pratt for his good tips concerning
reset-resident programs and data. However, there is a not yet officially
documented 'feature' in ALL TOS-versions that allows to auto-restart
programs after a warmboot (using a magic number). It would be nice to
see this mechanism documented, too.

Huh? There aren't any ROM version dependencies in that code. The two
system variables _memtop and _sysbase are nailed down: they don't move.
There are no other addresses or funny features used in that code. What
could be more version-independent?
