[comp.sys.atari.st] UniTerm 2.0e available

hakanson@mist.cs.orst.edu (Marion Hakanson) (11/02/88)

It's been a long time since a new version of UniTerm came out (since
June by the looks of my archives here), so I thought I'd take the
opportunity to remind folks that it's available for anonymous FTP at
host "cs.orst.edu", in the directory ~ftp/pub/atari/uniterm. If
you're not familiar with the setup there, get (and read) the README
file first. Don't forget to set BINARY mode for the ARC files.

Also, please don't ask me to mail UniTerm to you, as I really can't
afford the time or disk space for the plain-text encoded files. The
author tends to ship it to the better known archive servers, so try
those if you don't have FTP access.

I haven't tested the new version yet, but I have verified the
integrity of the ARC file, so I don't anticipate you'll have any
problems with it.

Many thanks to Simon Poole, for making such a first-rate piece of
software available to us, and for paying attention to the many bug
reports and enhancement requests I've sent over the years (Has it
really been "years"? Time flies...).
