I was at a local Atari Club meeting this week and saw a new product being shown by Migraph, the Easy-Draw people. It is called Touch-Up and is scheduled to be released December 8th. Touch-Up is a image editor. The package was very professional looking, as one might expect from Migraph, and was loaded with features. It allows you to edit image files, TFF, PCX, and others. You can create images by defining a "clip" area and read an image into that area, slant it, mirror it, shadow it, flip it, rotate it, outline it, read in some more images, etc. It allows you almost unlimited creativity. It gives you tools for creating your own images from scratch if you want. Define fills, make circles, curves, boxs, define line width, and gives you text capabilities. I was very excited to see this product from Migraph. It is another big plus for using the ST for desktop publishing. The guy from Migraph, sorry I forgot his name, said it works on the 19" monitor and that Touch-Up will be released for both the ST and IBM PC at the same time. He also said they will be releasing about four other products next month one of which is finally a postscript driver for GDOS. He is the one working on it and he seemed confident that it would be ready in time. ==================================================================== Disclaimer: I don't work for Migraph, I am just a very satisfied customer of their products Keith Rast
