Second... your statement is making the assumption that people are already actively switching. I have seen no evidence of this... I have seen frustrated users on EVERY computer I have ever used (including mainframes). However the presence of frustrated users does not imply that they are leaving the machine they are on and switching to another (some frustrated users simply become determined to "improve" on the system themselves). Also the users that become so frustrated as to dump one system often become "perpetual frustrated users" (my opinion) and will dump the new system that they have gone to just as fast, when they find it is not PERFECT either.
