[comp.sys.atari.st] STWriter Questions

Yesterday I received ST Writer. I like the program, it seems rather usable.
I have two questions and would be grateful for answers.

1. The manual says that "a program and instructions to let you customize
   this file (i.e. the printer configuration file) will soon be available
   for downloading from the Atari BBS". *ARE* they available. If so, could
   someone send me a copy?

2. Is it possible to modify the default values in the Print Formatting Block,
   such that the modified values are inserted whenever a new file is created?
   (DIN paper format is different...)

With regard to STWriter version 2.2 (the Gem version, a very useful
program, thanks to Atari and Bruce Noonan), does anyone know how to use
the Options Deadkey, Special Character, and Lines?
Further, I'm using it with an Atari SLM804 laser, and it works, sort of,
but there is no underlining, italics, or typeface selection. I guess I
need the proper print configuration file. Attempts to modify the one I
have resulted it spectacular crashes. Anyone solved this, or do we have
to wait for Atari to bring out an Epson emulator for the SLM804?
