I have some questions regarding memory expansions for the 1040ST. I know that 1Meg by 1 bit wide DRAMS are needed to expand to 2.5 or 4 Mbytes of memory. However, two questions remain: 1) What configuration of memory is required, fast page or nibble mode? 2) What access time spec is needed, 100, 120 or 150nsec? Actual recommended manufacturers and their appropriate part numbers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Mark
