[comp.sys.atari.st] Getting files from score

Could someone tell me how to go about getting files from score.stanford.edu
and unarcing them???

I have ftp'd several files from there, but I can't do anything with the 
'.narc' files.  Do I need another program to uncompress them?? Is there a 
help file for this somewhere???
