Two things: I got vc from him1.umich.cc.edu the other night, and used a spreadsheet for the first time. Pretty neat. Could whoever posted the tax database for this some time ago please post it again? (or mail to me, but interest will probably increase as the ides of April approach...) A side note: I set up vc to find zeros of polynomials with a recursive definition. Anybody else got any really neat/far-out spreadsheet programs? Also, I used mg for the first time the other day. I was frankly amazed that something that works that well could only take up 80K or so. (Maybe I've gotten too used to the fat unix world...) My congratulations to the various authors. Also used gulam for the first time last night, and was more amazed still. A very nice environment. Again, congrats and thanks!
