i probably ought to direct this to mr. campbell directly, but being
lazy i'll broadcast to comp.sys.atari.st.  i am interested in the
above-mentioned MWDB.  is it a commercial (for-pay) database, or
public domain data, or what?  how large is it?  what regions does it
cover? (North America, entire earth, ...?)  what kind of resolution?

and the most important question...  how can i get it?

any info would be greatly appreciated.
