[comp.sys.atari.st] missing files from poplib archive

Does anyone have the two files lib_inst.c & lib_init.c that were
supposed to be included with the poplib sources on the comp.sources.atari.st
archive at ssyx.ucsc.edu? The documentation mentions them, and they are
necessary to compile the shared library code. If anyone does have them, could
you please E-mail them to me or tell me how I can get them. Thank You.
