Hi All, My brother-in-law had a problem with getting his 1040ST repaired, a problem which has turned into locating his now missing 1040ST. Does anyone know what happened to CompuClub in Framingham, Mass., which is where he sent his machine? Their phone has been disconnected recently and I assume they have gone out of business. Now the more general question is this: Before CompuClub disappeared, they had told them that they had sent his machine to Atari for repair. This is in July of last year. Calls to customer service in Sunnyvale, CA have only gotten him recordings. Who can we call to find out if Atari has his machine? Is there a *real* customer service at Atari? Any and all info appreciated, Ken Chin kchin@bbn.com (617)873-3375

Have him try calling Atari Customer Relations at 408-745-2367 or 5759, during normal business hours (Pacific.) After hours, there's a recording; otherwise, there are real human beings there. -- "Question" Mark Jansen UUCP: ...ames!atari!jansen Atari Corporation BIX/GEnie: mjansen These views do not necessarily reflect those of Atari Corporation.
