I recently replaced the old 3.5" 20M drive in my SH205 with a new 5 1/4" 40M Miniscribe 3650 and now it works just fine. But now I don't really know what to do with the old HD. I heard a rumour that it's possible to connect 2 HD's into one controller. Is this true? If it is, how it's done? Thank you in advance for any help! Funny you should mention that :-], I'm in the middle of a major hard drive upgrade. Mine started when I replaced the Miniscribe 8438 in my Supra 30 meg drive with a Seagate 157R. Now I had an extra mech and needed a case, so I bought an ICD Fast style case that holds two drives! Once that arrives I'll send mail on the cabling. Word of warning though - you *need* a controller board that can handle two drives, I have an OMTI 3527 that does the trick. Peter Szymonik Xorg@cup.portal.com
