* IS THERE A VIRUS NEWSGROUP YET? *

Unless anyone has info on a virus specifically for the Atari ST, I personally
would not like to see this HOLY discussion on comp.sys.atari.st.
Comp.virii maybe but NOT here please.

George. Have you any info on the Virus construction set strains?

This discussion is taking place on 4 sys groups at once (mac, ibmpc, amiga and
atari)!

In answer to your question no, the group proposal is under discussion , and
will be so for about another week. You should see a call for votes published
in the near future.

Hopefully comp.virus will provide an open forum where those interested in
computer viruses should find all the information they require. Comp.virus should
prevent four copies of every discussion on the ethics of releasing virus
information appearing.

Ps. keep an eye on news.groups for discussion on the group, feel free to
    add your thoughts!

No, not yet. If anyone has any real information, I'd sure like to
get a look at it! So far, all I have is speculation (and some funny looking
code replicated in three different viruses...)
